s vs f code precups?

Is there any difference between the s and f code precups?

the heads off my 95 141 block are cracked. precups are fine. im getting a set of s code heads off a 99. should/can i swap the precups?

The S has a smaller hole and will deliver better economy than the F. They can be changed but I'm unsure if the heads will have to be resurfaced.

Out of curiosity are the 99 heads any better than my 95 heads? cuase my 95 head probably can be repaired.
