It did help somebody else, ME! I have been following Matt's Duramax fan thread and searching, unsuccessfully, for a local fan source so when the Rockauto info and code info came up I ordered the fan yesterday. Napaonline had the heavy duty four bolt fan clutch with four bolt pump mount that I needed but did not have the fan. I wish I had known about Rockauto a bit earlier as they had the HD fan clutch cheaper and I could have ordered both at the same time.
