My blinkers work, parking lights work headlights all work normally. I haven't checked the 4-way flashers.

Left indicator flashes correctly and both make the blinker sounds but the right arrow doesn't light up with right blinker on.

Is there a bulb in the dash cluster to replace or is it a circuit board type thingy.

There's a buld. I believe it's a 194 if memory serves me correctly. 97 should have the replaceable bulb sockets, some early models don't and require a new socket.

20 something years bulb is probably out.
Check youtube on how to take out the cluster, it is the same for all truck 88-98 gas or diesel.

88-94 is one dash, and 95-00 is another. There is also variations in the bulbs that I have seen.
