I have 100 +- shims I got at local picknpull yard. They had lots of ooold MB diesels, real junkers. Nozzles pitted badly. Took apart for shims. MB turbo, non t, 240's 300's, 6.2 chev, all the same diameters, holes in the middle slightly diff sizes. All bosch nozzles, all work. A few I had to stack shims, <- not a problem.
Actually, I got a few rebuilt nozzles for MB 300d turbo engines, $5 each, sweet! I think the owner took car in to shop, 1st thing, it seems, they replace the nozzles, worn out motor, still wont run, sell car to 'Ecology' junk yard. Got a set of eight 6.2 nozzles $40, (careful! make sure they arent the older coarse threaded nozzles), half were good as is. 'nother score!
Where I have purchased (bosch german) nozzles in the past, they changed to 'Diesel Kiki' (japanese) nozzles, they work for me, any other opinions on Diesel Kiki??

(edit: I got a Bacharach (?) nozzle tester at a yard sale for $5 years ago, I think Navy surplus from WWII, took a while to find a filter for it.)
