I would like to drop my highway rpm's if possioble. Has anyone swapped over to 3.42 gears? If so how much did it cost, What were the gain's??? How much power was lost? Thanks.

If you are capable of setting the gears up yourself then plan to spend around $1K to swap out the front and rear gears for quality units along with bearings and seals. Check the glove box for the factory gearing. GU6=3.42 GT4=3.73 GT5=4.10, but this only applies if your current gears are the origanal ones.

you could just do the lift one tire and count method. just lift up one tire in neutral. with blocked tires of course. turn the tire one complete turn and see how many turn the driveshaft does.
