I recently went to Dustin @ Diesel Addiction for some work on '06 LBZ (see sig 
)
I've put over 1k miles on it so far and it works great...no harsh shifts at all. I was worried it might shift hard and run warmer that stock but thats not the case, shifts smooth as glass.
IF your over on the east coast and looking for a shop to do some upgrades I highly recommend Dustin. He's a good guy...even took my call while he was on vacation and answered all my questions and set up a time for me to come in.
I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger on this as I've been wanting to for a ling time.
