Possible Engine Build for my 93 Truck

Well folks, I figured I had better start a new thread for the engine I just picked up, as it's looking, it might be a good one to go in as a replacement in my 93. it has an old severely worn out 6.5 that I can't trust to go out too far from town. I will be adding the info here to keep it all in one place as well as for me to go back and look at what things I find on this engine as it gets torn down and "maybe" goes back together!

Ran across this marketplace post with a 6.2 for sale locally for $250. Supposedly the vehicle caught fire in the cab and has sat for 10+ years since. What do yall think? Would this possibly be a good investment to get an engine for my 93?
