Ported heads and forged crank...Pennisular

boy I would love to get my hands on those, I can only imagine what they cost, especially the crankshaft.

IIRC the P400 is from Peninsular. Pretty sure.

So yeah, they most definitely have their hands on some P400 parts.

Ok, wasn't really sure. I thought the 'P' was for peninsular.

But check this out, I found a page on peninsular's site that, from what I can dig up, isn't linked to.

The video contains a mean sounding 6.5 in a NISSAN! It's the first time I've seen this vid. Some cat in Europe or something. And he's not afraid to flog the piss out of it either.

4000 RPM, woohoo.

edit: Great White, have you seen this too? New site and all?

Actually, the 6.5 is a fairly popular swap in a lot of countries. Low weight compared to other diesels.

The aussies and new zealanders are particularly fond of them for the low wieght, small footprint and simple technology...

Here's the vid in question:

Like I said, wasn't sure, cool.

OK, I found the 'mystery link'... It's at the bottom of the *Vehicles* page.

I guess all it takes is MONEY...Meh, what's money..

That is cool. Notice the Air intake takes the air from the Drivers side battery area, where it's coolest with no fanwash no doubt.
