I now know why.
Well, my truck had it's FSD mounted on top of my intake for 6 years with no problem at all. A few weeks ago I had a few stalls and today while driving it just went crazy. Lucky I could shut er down before the revs got too high but wow it almost gave me a heart attack!! I fired her back up and a few feet later she went nuts again and she stalled for good.
I bought some wire, made a harness and relocated another PMD in my bumper. That's alot of soldering making a harness.
The truck runs normal again.
I bought a used PMD from a fellow member here MFGGURU. Great guy with lots of knowledge in many areas. He even gave me a warranty. Lets hope I won't ever use it.
