OPS Extension Parts and Pics

Was lucky to "Warrantee Exchange" my possibly bad OPS that I destroyed during removal and definitely need to put in the extension for future incidents. Is there a short shopping list and can I see some pics of what others have done? OPS relay is gonna happen too.
 
It's been close to two years since I did mine so I may not have correct sizes, but here's what I did, also on a 94.

I got a 3 or 4" brass nipple the correct thread size (1/8th or 1/4" pipe thread?), a brass tee, and a brass plug. The nipple went into the block with the tee on the end. The new OPS went into one end of the tee and the plug went into the other end. The plug allows for future oil source for a mechanical pressure gauge, or ?.

This sets the OPS up higher for easier access.
