When I first got this truck the drivers side of the engine compartment was covered in a mixture of oil and dust , why this truck did not burn to the ground before I got it I do not know :eek:10: While I was doing the tear down of the top end to get #8 piston out I found that the oil cooler line connections from the hose to the rigid lines that cross the radiator were leaking out the nut on the flex lines . I have checked all over around here and none of the parts stores have them listed :frown2: Are these a dealer item or how are the members of this board curing the problem ? I am still trying to get all the built up crud off of the frame and undercarriage . I have worked in oil refineries that I came out cleaner at the end of the day than from a ten minute job under my truck  . Dan

I checked a few more sources and nobody had any seals for the oil cooler lines , I ended up going to the local GMC dealer and ordered the seals from them for the price of them I should have just went there in the first place :cheers2: The cost of the gasoline burnt looking for them was more then the cost of the seals . Dan

The stuff you need is always at the last place you end up it seems :) Glad you got them.
