iv always kind of wondered if a hyd drive sytem like that woudl make a good crawler. no axels, heck you could even spinn it around like a skid steer

That's some great inventiveness! Using wheel motors like that just opened up the guy's imagination real wide... VERY COOL!

in the video info he mentions that he's using ford 9" axles under the driver with a chain drive down to each wheel inside the arms with a hummer 2:1 reduction hub at the wheel. very curious about the steering
