I have a Black 05 Chevy D/A EC/SB 4x4. The truck is fully loaded. I run BFG 285-75-16 on it. About the only thing that I have added is my trailer hitch. It's a Super Hitch and it's rated for 15,000 pounds off the ball and 17,000 pounds W/D.
As for me, I'm a retired/Disabled Merchant Marine Chief Engineer. I spent the better part of my life at sea on Large Tug and Barge Units. We were basically a Oil Tanker. I an used to working on Diesels but these where much larger from the one's that we have in our trucks.
Hopefully after spending some time reading some of the posts, I will be able to jump in ans get my feet wet posting.
