new ecm program

I took my truck in for the "recall" ecm reprogram, and now my edge tuner will not install. Truck also seems less responsive than before.
 
i took my truck in 08 sierra to the dealer few weeks ago about 2 hours of waiting. i can't say there is any difference and my edge with attitude still works after the update. the only thing that i did notice was that the regen shuts down or at least the egt go way down when i put the truck in park during the regen cycle. goes from 700 -900 to about 300F in seconds that was not the case before.
