Need tow hooks for +01 HD chassis

I'm looking for a set of tow hooks. I don't know if there was a design change from the rounded front end (01-02) to the square nose (03-?), but I know the ones from the rounded front end HD chassis trucks work. Is anyone interested in giving up a set, by chance? I know these usually have to come off when a snow plow is installed.
