need help with issue. def quality, and km count down

started off with an issue off the truck studdering then dieing at 1000 rpm. if you stomp on the pedal past 1000 rpm it wont die, and when you first start it, it wont die, let it run 5 mins then it starts doing it, idles perfect otherwise, also need deff lights turns off on hpt file.
