Need Help with GMTD Scantech

Hi Guys

Just got my scantech and have a few questions. Still getting a code 31 (95 GMC Suburban F code). Not sure if desired duty cycles are default or do they have to be set. If so where do your get values? For instance, Waste gate Control is showing desired duty cycle of 60 measured is 99.6 with 3.45 psi boost at idle. EGR is showing a desired duty cycle of 90 and I am getting a measured cycle of 0.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Computer defines desider duty cycles. With F engine you can forget all EGR stuff because F engines don't have EGR.
Code 31 = Baro sensor
