It looked about as crusty as that rotor it's next to.

Anyone have any idea of what this came off of? I'm guessing a very old small lathe, maybe even an armature lathe. Other than a patent date there's no markings on it anywhere. I cleaned it up just to see.

Almost looks like something from a brake rotor lathe. I bet you could implement it with yours and have an extra cutting bit holder for your lathe

I tried an image identifier program and it said something about a cross feed adapter for a lathe or milling machine.

Pretty much got everything cleaned up so now it's fully functional

Picked up another toolbox yesterday.

Friends tractor mounted PTO driven snowblower had an incident. All he could get was 1 1/4" square stock. So I took 1/16 off 2 sides. Then I 45 cut the corners to take off the bulk of the material needed to make the corners round. He'll finish it up by hand

Picked up this floor scrubber about a week ago. Needed some TLC. Had to make some parts.

Also had to make this part. The flat disc was part of the original part. I sand blasted it then chucked it up in the lathe and cleaned up what was left of the original metal tube. Then used part of a p trap for the tube. Then cut an abs ring and glued it on.

No just to keep this one cleaner. I borrowed one from a friend and it worked amazingly well. So I finally found one cheap enough.
