I'm a bit late to the thread, and these have probably already been suggested. An injector imbalance gets worse with RPMs, low pop pressures could be a problem, or even a stuck closed one. Air in the fuel as well, poor lift pump pressure. If you have not monitored fuel pressure while bringing it to high RPMs thats a good idea. IP housing pressure increases with RPM which advances injection, and it increases fuel injection pressure a lot so a loose or cross threaded injector nut or leaking one would more likely show up at high rpm. Or a cracked injector line.
