I lurk on the DSM forums and Talondave has maxed out the HX40 pro turbo, so they were looking for something bigger and found a company in Quebec that has a 66mm Billet extended tip HX40 wheel. Well having made a few bucks selling items, and wanting more flow at lower boost, I bit and bought this one. I'll spoon it on in January and report back. I was very dissapointed in my last wheel purchase but since found out its a high pressure wheel, 20 psi isn't in its sweet zone. Not sure if it will do the job but its worth a try.

I'll report on BP readings etc and how well she works, might have to spoon the 14cm housing on now.

Did you not like the 7 blade KTS wheel or did you try another one after that?

Yes and no. I gave up too much down low and midrange but up top, it would let my engine rev like a 2 stroke. I didn't check DP readings so that might have something to do with it. A DSM Holset guru told me that wheel is a high pressure wheel meaning it needs to see 30+ psi to really wake it up, which for me, is not a wheel I need. The Volvo 56mm billet factory wheel outperforms it low and midrange for my application. Hoping the 66mm will give me the best of both worlds.

The more I see that, the more it looks just like a S366 billet wheel.

Good eye but remember, there's only one way to skin a cat, lol.

Not sure I'll actually try this, changed out my 56x86 for a cast 60x86 and its so much better, to take advantage of the 66mm I'd have to have my IP fuel curve changed, which I am not interested in doing.
