Mirrow / Window issue

Ok I installed my new tow mirrors. They look great, but now I have and issue when I tighten up the mounting screws for the mirrors. My windows struggle to go up.... Especially my passenger side, it was struggling before I did this after the dirt bag broke my window to steal my radio... Is there anything I can do...????
 
Well I have narrowed it down, When I tighten the mounting bolts the new plastic pulls tight on the leading edge and pinches the window where its real close to the mirror. I might trim the plastic a little or try and work it so it doesn't pinch...
