milage/tow tune

If I sent someone my stock tune, could someone make a milage/tow tune with it. I have tried but my truck never starts when I load a tune after I make changes, all I do is copy the parameters from another tune.....

I get 22 mpg stock....trying for 24 or better.....65 mph is the sweet spot
