True to form....the 96 Suburban 6.5 throws another curve ball at us. Today I noticed the brake pedal seemed lower than normal. Surprising since I just installed two new front calipers and stainless steel braided front lines. Bleed the system... everything seemed fine. Until today. I popped the hood and found the Master cylinder reservoir was almost empty on the back section? I filled it up with fluid and looked under the vehicle for obvious signs of leakage. BTW all of the steel lines have been replaced several years ago with stainless steel brake hard lines. No fluid leaks observed

Since these are sealed systems and the pads are like new after less than 2,000 miles of use. Where did the brake fluid go?

That my friends is the "adventure" for today!

Thanks for any insights.

Ted
