How much parts swapping can be done aside from the fuel injection bits? Most everything?

A 1993 truck, and a 1999 truck.
IP, OPS, serp belt system, block oil cooler ports...what else?:scratchchin:
Cooling system is diffrent - but would work. Oil cooler line size and oil filter adapter is different. Turbo's are different but swap with modifications, TM. Belt system is different... Electrical is completely different.
