Many start then abandon the process. The value of the truck drops and this is a costly process. If you do it -has to be because the truck has special meaning and you are fed up with diesels. Even at that not legal to do in some areas- check with your DMV before beginning.

Pick your own stand alone engine controller is required for your set up.
Plan on custom made dashboard with dial gauge full set from summit of the like.
Make sure you understand the massive loss of torque so towing and being slow acceleration you will have. You will burn more fuel doing it as well, but half the time gas is now same price as diesel so might be ok.
Eliminate the 5/16 fuel return line to the tank. Bypass the lift pump. Fitting an in tank fuel pump for gas requires you to be ok at fabricating. You have 3/8” fuel line from tank to FFM now, some custom line work from there is easy. Depending on your system if you need the larger return line or none at all.
If you are not emotionally attached to the truck- you are usually money ahead to sell the diesel truck and start with a gas one.
The throttle pedal- depending if you are going mechanical- hot rod pedal kits.
Fly by wire, take it from the donor rig.
Get rid of the hydroboost, get the entire set up for the brakes from a junkyard to go to the vacuum system now. The torque load on the pump is ridiculous compared to the gasser using vacuum. This is an often overlooked issue.
All the diesel components you remove - sell for a couple bucks to help the cost.
Please take pics as you go, we can walk you through it but seriously do the $$math first. Then you will understand why most people don’t swap between gas & diesel.
