LB7 High Pressure Pump CP3

Shouldn't take more than a couple hours...

That's assuming you have tools and know how to use them...

seeing that i can see mine right now, i would think that a few to 5 hours sounds reasonable. it sits in the valley of the block, and looks easy enough to take out. but then again, my motor is down to the block right now:D to me, i would think the hardest part would be getting to it, rather than changing it out

Easy

Doable like Paul said but wow what a job. I can go down a list if you want of the things you have too remove. Its a long list. Alternator & bracket, Fan blade. steering pump & bracket, upper rad hose, thermostat housing, all wiring on top of engine, Replace all hoses while there, high & low pressure fuel lines & replace banjo gaskets, then you can see the CP3. 4 bolts holds it in place. I replaced mind with a LMM CP3 for the added pressure and better pump suction. Its more improved then the LBZ. IMO
I may have forgotten somethings so don't quote me on all this but its close.
