It's been decided... 02 C2500hd LB7 6 speed is finding a new residence in my stable

You guys need to come to the 21st century and get spin ons with the tall CAT filters. :D
I got Nicktane's front and back. ;)

Wel ltall filters won't clear my upper control arms and such without putting a spacer to raise the filter head up. And I like the RACOR design of 2 elements in one. It is actually a leap ahead of a standard single element filter.

Not off hand, but I can send a email to somebody who bought one. turbovanman has it though as he is running one on his van.

I remember him putting a pump on his van now that you say that. I will try to find the thread.

I wasnt sure they would supply enough fuel for a hard working lbz/lb7 running a bit higher hp or goofing off.

BTW, we are going to try and meet up again 2mro morning. Wish me luck.

I also got the full story about the accident. His brother was driving a cabless tractor mowing a ditch when a loose tree limb fell and knocked him unconscious. The tractor then went through a fence, hit a tree, and flipped the tractor. He was for the most part ok, broken wrist and bumps and bruises. Sounds like he got lucky.
