Isspro EV2 gauges

I got an Isspro EV2 boost gauge in my dodge(bought from CUmminalong) and I finallly just wired up the lights(long story) well I think after 2 months beating around in the back seat before install and now almost a year in the pillar the boost gauge wont light up...Can the bulb be replaced? Im getting power to the pin on the gauge and I was using the ground on the gauge with my volt meter(gauge works)...so what im asking, can the bulb be replaced?
 
Good news I fixed it!! turns out my power feeding the gauge was cutting in and out..these gauges have to have the main power and the light power to make them light up and I was losing main power!!! wiggled the wire(noticed the gauge wasnt working right this morning) and the light turned on and she started showing boost right again!!! SWEEET!!!!
