is this mpg possible???????

After another fill up, it appears its getting around 14 or so mpg. Im pretty sure someone helped themself to my fuel after all. I can only hope they put it in a gasser!

My Silverado gets 17 mpg. empty in a mix of interstate and small roads.
Maybe your fuel nozzle shut off before the tank was full the first time ?

//Max

I normal see 14 per tank,,, all small town driving, with a 20 mile run or 2 per tank, all at 55-60

I did fill up this past Sunday, to the rim, aired up tires to 75 all around, and drove to Indy and back. 489 miles round trip refilled at same pump as that morning, at my station. and seen 16.5 MPG 70% of trip was at 60, with 150mi or so, at 68-70.

I was both surprised and happy, gonna leave tires aired up,, maybe drop the rears to 65.
