Something aint right with my dads JD. While pushing some snow I noticed the wheels stopped when I pushed into a big hill of snow. It normally pushes through anything. Then about a month later I had a car forsale and I got the beast out to clear out the 2ft of heavy wet snow the plow truck pushed in front of the car. I pull out in the road and put it in road gear and it barely moved. I put it in a low gear and did what I needed to do. My dad uses this all the time and doesnt notice when something isnt right. Thats why it only has one break. It has about 2200 hrs on it. I thought these JD clutches are supposed to go 10,000hrs. Think it just needs adjusting? This has the syncreverser or whatever they call it. Its a 12 speed with the forward/reverse lever on the dash. Its a 5500N.
