intermittant advance on 93' 6.5 but the cold advance always works

replaced it few years ago. It was a definite advance keeping up with rpm. when it's not advancing it like goes down to idle downhill and you have to feed it fuel up to roll speed rpm before it will take the fuel.

replaced it few years ago... Lift pumps last me 6 months if I am lucky. OPS get replaced every year. Biodiesel tends to ruin lift pumps quickly and fuel hose. The meth in the bio reacts with rubber including lift pump parts.(Walbro's are rated at 100% biodiesel so it depends on the pump. Factory lift pumps will get ruined with bio in time. )

I would throw a pressure gauge on and make sure the lift pump is working. The OPS may be intermittently working. The input pressure on the IP affects timing on the DB2.
