Ok, to clear up the statement, I have my truck apart for some RD work and decided to check my injectors while I have it apart. I have an OTC nozzle checker. The injectors leaked down and four of them had a small peeing just before popping. Now if I hit the injectors fast they all had a decent pattern.
I decided to have them reset on pop pressure to make them all even, I had two at 1900, four at 2000 and two at 2100 psi. They are Bosch re-manufactured I bought through NAPA with India nozzles. The injectors were taken apart and the nozzles look scored on the side of the nozzle.
The shop I took them to informed me that I have a Lubricity problem and that he would not warranty the new nozzles if I came back in 20,000 miles with the same problem.
Now the quandary I have used bio diesel or two cycle oil religiously since the nozzles were replaced. I am going to have a machinist look at the nozzles and see if the Rockwell number is low or the material is poor.
I shouldn't have had to replace nozzles at this juncture! What do you guys think could have caused this problem? Can't imagine what the inside of my IP looks like then.
