looking for injector pump harness help, does it matter what wires go where on the injector pump harness to the ip?

Red is on the pass side bolt on a couple pumps i have
uniquediesel
1/4 mi. Fan

Doesn't appear to matter. Was questioning this same thing recently. Ended up working...
