Injection Pump Test

Arghh cannot find it, what is the quick IP test, hold throttle at 2000rpm and release, engine stalls bad IP or something like that?

Just was sat outside and revving the engine and she stalled out, does not do it every time but its there. Fuel pressure seems good on gauge and fairly fresh PMD. I just seem to recall something about stalling from higher rpm being a bad IP test?

IIRC, slowly raise rpm's to 2000 and hold, then slowly let off. It should hold steady with APP application.

I put another new still boxed PMD on and that seemed to clear it up for now.
