industrial injection bag O parts

What is this Bag O Parts I see on Cumminalongs site? I understand its to mod the IP but what are the parts? Is it really something I can do(ive NEVER had to do major work to a diesel let alone an electronically controlled one)....Also do I need 50hp injectors to do that? cant decide between injector upgrade or the bag o parts(thems the cheapest upgrades I see next)(or what do you think cumminalong?)
