For those who haven't done this before and are wondering how. Here is a write up detailing everything you will need to know.
 
I would like to add to this:

If you doing it on the ground like I do, don't forget to place the drain directly under the flow, or you'll get a bunch of hot oil in your face. :doh:

I felt pretty dumb.
