did you ever swapped the IP return hose with a clear tube?
It makes it so easy to tell if you got air coming in or a fuel drain back

I got a little tied up today. Tomorrow Ill find some clear hoe and put it on and let it run for a while.

I did the clear hose and no bubbles. I checked for 12v on some of the glow plugs and the power is there. I think Im going to pull the turbo off and check the glow plugs.
