How can you tell if the timing is too far advanced?

Yeah DD, we are in the 6.2 section so that was DB2. Accurate Diesel is about the best out there that I know of. he gets around 750$ IIRC for a DS4
 
I was looking at getting one from diesel care & performance I have heard good things about them
