Hi everybody!:

After looking through just some of the info available in this site I am really impressed and glad I signed up.

With that said heres a little about me.

Just purchased a 98 suburban 1500 4x4 with what I was told has a 6.5 marine diesel and a blown up transfer case that I changed from a push button nv 246 to a np241c manual transfer case (lots of fiddling-wiring,shifter and front drive shaft)
Iv always seemed to have a vw diesel of some kind (until I couldnt take the nausea from the smell of it all)

The last diesel golf I had was heavily modified with a 1.9 IDI, 1.6 turbo, 1.6 cam,
larger injectors, 1.6 timing pin (fuel pump) rewired advance sol on the pump, pump just cranked way up, extra lift pump, supra intercooler, 2.5 inch ss exhaust from the turbo back, engine breather bypassed to a catch can (hense the nausea) this thing had a supposed 120 hp to the wheels. It could run 200 kmh (honest!!!)

Hopefully I can trick out my gm 6.5 turbo just half of what I did with my golf.
The reason for my burban is to pull a couple of my toys---a 20 foot sea ray and a 23 foot chris craft scorpion.

Anyway sorry for being long winded.(I could really go on and on about my boats but wont!)
