hesitates under heavy load

I found the fuel leaks finally fixed them all there were 3 and one was probably my fault. The o-ring on the bottom of the FFM was leaking vent cap on top of the filter as well as the drain hose into the tee fitting. The fun I am having oh boy.
 
Ive done the same on my 95. Took new hoses, a ffm and a braided line from lift pump to ffm. The new ffm only lasted 20k miles before it leaked but it has other problems that have taken it off the road.
