Help Me With An AEM Intake P/N

Every seller I've contacted and asked about whether or not this P/N - 21-9024DC is the Corrected version of the AEM Intake so that it doesn't throw a CEL, has not given me an Answer. I remember when the AEM's first came out, they were having a problem with the Mounting Angle and such of the MAF and it was throwing a CEL.
