Hey Rich do any of the Cummins motors in these Dodges have liners like the 8.3s or are they all throw away blocks ?

They don't come lined, but you can bore and sleeve them.

The block can be decked twice also.

Essentially you can do a true, complete, machine shop rebuild on it twice.
