I found this site looking for parts a couple days ago and glad I did.
I am computer and forum illiterate so hope I don't goof up too much.

Many moons ago I wrenched for a living and learned about the 6.2 & 6.5 there.
I've owned my hummer (6.5 n/a)about 10 years now. Bought it w/ rod knock nursed it for a year then dropped a long block in it. Currently apart to address low oil pressure problem and finally adding a turbo.

I also have a 1987 Mercedes 300 diesel, but that might steer funny with a 6.5 in it!

Oh yeah, and I talk too much.

This is a great place to talk 6.5, just full of guys who actually understand these engines, a pretty solid tech section, and generally a great place to hang out and chat about darn near anything. We're happy to have you join our group... pull up a stool, grab a coffee, and join in the conversation!
