So I downloaded the software from the site but it won't load on my laptop. It won't load because of netframework. Evidently the version isn't compatible with my laptop any ideas? It's a Dell laptop with XP on it.

x2. I had to do that as well. I have a thread here somewher about installing it. You will probably run into com port issues too.
