Thanks for posting this, I have severe slop I have not been able to correct on my 05. Most of it looks to be from the gearbox output shaft bearing, but I am sure some might be coming from here. I have nearly 1-inch of play in my steering even after replacing 2 gearboxes, the steering shaft, and that stupid plastic bearing.
