I'm getting there!
I had put one of those in my 95 for a time. took the bottom bracket off and removed the front section leaving just the cup holder area and the large compartment. that will sit perfectly between the front seats on the floor without needing any mounting. I never did, but I had wanted to run some tubing from the vents up to the ac box and build a cover over it with some MDF plywood and cover with carpeting to match the interior. that or just cap it off at the end. I eventually took it out leaving room for the dog to ride with the family filling the seats.
The bracket will unbolt off the bottom and the front area comes off with two screws that are under the cup holder. cup holder just snaps out with a good tug upwards.
