1991 F250 7.3 IDI/ATS Turbo, on my way to work this morning I had a strange issue that has me a bit stumped.

I was driving along just fine stopped to grab a quick bite at a drive through and decided to switch fuel tanks because to front take was on about 1/4.
It didn't switch, odd. So pulled into a spot and shut it down then started it up again, still didn't switch. Tried it again, the fuel gauge pegged over full, like way over full, not like when you have a full tank, past that.

Then it started running like hell, no power and there was fuel dripping out of the bell housing. 2 of the return lines look to be leaking, okay that explains why there is fuel on the ground but why is the gauge pegged?

I pulled the fuel line off the injector in question and just for grins gave it a crank, no fuel coming out of the fuel line to the injector??? WTF?????

I am at a total loss here, maybe the fuel pump, maybe the selector valve, I tested the switch and it seems to be fine.
I am leaning towards the fuel tank selector valve as it is the only thing that makes sense in my head.
I pulled the fuel line to the selector and there is plenty of fuel there, I am gong to pull it at the fuel pump to see if I have fuel there next.

Any help is appreciated
