There is a picture here somewhere on how to replace the fuel heater o-ring.
It should be free if the garage claimed that they replace the FFM.

My ffm leaks from the heater. I gave up after replacing to o rings. The last one I even smeared a little rtv on it. Still seeps, not enough to leave any on the ground but the tranny and valley stay damp.
