Frame Rail Power Steering Line

Is it possible to R and R the power steering line that loops into the frame rail and back without dismantling radiator and shroud etc? Looks to me like it will not shimmy out of their easily. Well the blown one will LOL but not so sure about getting a new one in?

Have you tried to take off the grill and see if you can do it that way?

For future reference:
Pull Grill and Front Bumper.
Temporarily remove high pressure line from power steering gear.

Cooler line with a wee bit of persuasion can be then made to pass over the top of the power steering gear and then withdraw out from the frame rail. Finicky but doable.
