Found a motor

Well the other day one of my buddies said there was an 03 duramax motor for sale on craigslist. So i checked it out and after some thinking, i decided i might as well just buy this motor, and slowly build it for pulling, so when the day comes that it is finished I can swap it in, and still have another motor sitting around.

He says it has between 211,000 and 220,000 miles on it, the injectors were just replaced, and it supposedly has a bad valve.

It comes with everything except the FICM and the FRPV.

He doesnt think its a fed emissions motor. Seemed like a pretty nice honest guy when I talked to him today.

scratch that, found a better one from TIMTHECARMAN2004.

After discussion on McRats forum they came to the concluson this guy was asking $2,000 too much and then I found Tims motor.
